1.1 Team Size
The team size for all matches will be 6 vs 6. Teams with less than five (5) members in the server after 10mins will be automatically forfeited. If, during the process of the match your team drops to less than five players, you have the opportunity to get them back into the server.

1.2 Starting Time
All matches must commence 10minutes after the match is scheduled to start. If a team is not in the server by 10minutes of the starting time, they have automatically forfeited the match. The opposite team can allow an extra 5 min if needed. To start the match, both team captains must signal that they are ready by typing ready in chat; once this occurs, the game will countdown to being live - restarts will be allowed under certain circumstances, which will be decided by the game operator. The second half must begin within 5 minutes of the conclusion of the first half.

1.3 Recording Results
Game Operators will handle all results.

1.4 Disputes
Teams can dispute a match if they suspect that either an opposing player is cheating or if there has been an offence committed by the opposing team that is against the rules of the tournament. The dispute should be made privately to one of the league referee team where they will view the accusation and make a decision based on their findings.

1.5 Forfeits
Other cases the recording of a forfeit will remain within the boundaries of a CFL ref. In this case the team captains will be notified of the outcome. The results of these forfeits will mean your team is disqualified from that match. Depending on the severity of the offence, your team may be all-together eliminated from the tournament.

Forfeits will be used automatically, but not limited to areas of:
• Cheating
• Abusive behaviour
• Slutting or not having steam id’s set on the team list
• Map exploiting (depending on severity)

1.6 Class limits
Axis:
• 3 Rifle
• 2 Support
• 1 Assault
• 1 Sniper
• 1 MG
• 1 Rocket

Allies:
• 3 Rifle
• 2 Support
• 1 Assault
• 1 Sniper
• 1 MG
• 1 Rocket

1.7 Maps
The maps that are to be selected for competitive play are:
- dod_salerno
- dod_fuel_ctf_b2
- dod_strasbourg
- dod_cal_stug
- dod_anzio
- dod_thunder_b3

1.8 STV
clutchFRAGGERS will be providing an STV server, which will be in the league server. People will be able to join this server to watch matches.

1.9 Slutting
A team may use 1(One) slut for a match in which they are needing an extra player(i.e have only 4 players and need a slut to begin the match) and cannot use a player from their registered steam id team roster, the slutting player MUST be from CFL. The Slutting player, in someway must show that he is slutting. Any team using a slutting player will automatically give up 50 points to the opponent team.

1.10 Adding members during the tournament
Members that have been added to your team for less than two weeks are not permitted to play in any tournament match due to 'slutting', this rule comes into effect the first week of competition play, pre-season is not subject to this rule. Players are only permitted to be a member of one team; that is players are restricted to joining more than one team at any one time. If you are found to be playing for more than one team, both teams will be penalised by disqualification from the tournament.

If your team is required to use a player that falls under being in the team for less than a week and is necessary to have 6 players, the opposing team can allow this player to compete in the match. If a team is deemed to be using a ‘new’ player to their team when they have an already existing player able to play then that team can be subject to being forfeited.

Team rosters will be locked two weeks prior to the commencement of final matches, if a team suffers a drastic member dropouts then the clutchFRAGGERS League referees can allow exceptions to this rule to allow a team to compete in the finals.

1.11 Cheats/Exploits
In the clutchFRAGGERS League, all cheats as well as exploits are considered as forfeit material, and could result in expulsion from the tournament depending on severity, voted by league admins. Exploiting is, but is not limited to; map exploiting, editing forbidden commands, etc.

1.11a Cheats
Cheats of any form are forbidden in the tournament and on any CFL server. It is the captain's/founder's responsibility to ensure that all of their members comply with this rule. The finding of one member caught cheating will result in your team being eliminated from the tournament.

The use of octinium, novacap or X-ray is mandatory for every player participating in the game. Players are required to keep there novacap/octinium demos for 2 weeks. If upon request of a demo or screenshots, the player has not submitted these the team will suffer a forfeit for the match in question. A 3 strike rule will be used where if the player does not submit anything 3 times they will be unable to participate in any further matches.

Anticheat software(at least one MUST be used):
novacap: www.cybergamer.com.au/files/4/
octinium: www.ausdod.com/downloa...nload_id=8

1.9 Slutting
A team may use 1(One) slut for a match in which they are needing an extra player(i.e have only 4 players and need a slut to begin the match) and cannot use a player from their registered steam id team roster, the slutting player MUST be from CFL. The Slutting player, in someway must show that he is slutting.

This rule has been changed to accomodate for any team that only has 4 players on a night and wants to play the match they are locked in to play. Helping teams not forfeit their matches.
