Sixth Round of CFL - DoD_Thunder_b3

The Sixth Round of CFL will see teams come up each other on the map, DoD_Thunder_b3, a map which is a heavily modified version of DoD_Donner but with a closer resemblance to the DoD 1.3 version of dod_donner.

Thunder is an old war map which could mean that the more experienced team will have the advantage over the newer teams to scrimming, however donner is one of the main maps played in public servers and the thunder version of donner having the same basic layout with 5 flags, one double at the tank.

Teams will need to make sure they have control of each flank before they can get on the middle flag as the connector from fields, banana, the tank house and the back sides of middle need to be secured otherwise a break on middle with a perfect nade or camper rush on the point could see the attempt to cap useless.

Some of the main differences between donner and thunder as in thunder the fields are much easier to enter as axis as the dark room has been removed to allow for easier access into field as well as making the map less allies bias. The upper level of axis sniper loft has also been dramatically modified which can change the gameplay of the map, as well as the allies sniper loft which the attic has been removed. Plus with many different changes in added entry's into houses and the allied spawn which leads out into allied loft backalley.

With these changes, the control of the map will be constantly shifting and changing and in the end the best team will win.

Shoutcasting will also be up and EVERYONE is free to join, the program used will be ventrilo ( www.ventrilo.com ) and download the client ventrilo program. Once downloaded, put the details below in your server finder.
